What if I go over my plan limits?If you exceed your plan limits you will receive a polite email from us asking you to upgrade. That’s it. Your website will continue to function as normal, you will still be able to access your accounts and all your data will still be available to you.
Can I change plans at any time?Changing plans is really simple. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The one caveat is that if you are downgrading from one plan to another, you may need to contact us to assist in the transition of removing features from your account.
How does the 30-day free trial work?If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up your credit card will not be billed. You can cancel your account at any time by simply clicking on the “My Account” button in your dashboard (when you’re logged in).
Is there a minimum commitment?Zoley is a month-to-month service. Unless otherwise agreed, there is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again.
